Calling all parents and guardians of children ages 5 – 17!
Meet in the assigned children’s ministry area (HANOVER C-D breakout room) at 9:00 a.m. and prepare to leave promptly by 9:30 a.m. Attendees will depart Andretti’s at 1:30 p.m. and will return to HANOVER C-D for check-out by 2:30 p.m. or sooner, depending on traffic.
Children/Teens must be Convention-registered by 3 p.m, Friday December 19th, to be included in the trip.
The Church of God by Faith Activity Participation Agreement, “Field Trip Form” must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian for all field trip participants.
For all registered field trip attendees, the field trip form and separate facility online waiver must be submitted by 7 p.m., Friday December 19th.

- Must be at least 5 years old to attend the field trip.
- You may use your mobile phone, laptop or desktop computer.
- On the field trip form, under “Participant Information,” add all child(ren)’s first and last name(s).
- All information must be completed.
- All visitors are required to sign a waiver before entering facility. Andretti requires that everyone fills out a waiver before entering the activity area. You MUST COMPLETE the SEPARATE WAIVER for ANDRETTI MARIETTA for each person see the link on this webpage.
