  • Position Status: Part-Time (Apprx 25 – hours per week)

  • Salary Range: $15-17 per hour
 

Serving Relationship and Personal Attributes

The Fund Service Representative is accountable to the Board of Directors, Fund Members and new prospects in accordance with the Policy and Procedures established by the Offering Circular. The Fund Service Rep. must collaborate with the National Office personnel and perform all tasks with a spirit of Christian character, chemistry and competence. To meet these goals, candidates must exhibit the following personal attributes:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly fund performance reports to Board Chairman and all other reports requested.
  • Reply to or appropriately direct all fund inquiries via, telephone, email or direct office visits.
  • Process applications and transactions for all certificate investments and loans.
  • Process all IRA’s transactions: authorization, book entry, and input in coordination with Goldstar Trust
  • Perform daily Job processing in DDI Connect System.
  • Input all journal entries, accounts payable, check writing, vendor entry and payment, and loan detail.
  • Relay ACH transactions to the Office Manager for entry.
  • Maintain all investor and loan files.
  • Create and distribute forms and fund marketing material as directed by the Fund Administrator.
  • Prepare and distribute all investment receipts, statements, confirmations, and 1099-INT.
  • Distribute offering circular to investors annually.
  • Maintain updates on the Financial Solutions website.
  • Develop an understanding of Church extension funds.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Board of Directors and Office Manager.

Conditions of Employment

  • A Church of God by Faith member, saved, and in good standing with local church and District.
  • Maintain an office at the National Headquarters.
  • Must agree to a criminal background check and drug screening.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or tenure of related experience.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks and basic graphic design skills
  • Occasional travel will be required
  • Must have reliable transportation
