Apportionment Payments

Payment Options
- Check – mail your paper check to Church of God by Faith – 2409 Old Middleburg Rd N, Jacksonville, FL 32210. Please write “Apportionment” and your Church ID Code in the memo section.
- CH (Automated Clearing House) – give your banking institution authorization to do a one-time debit directly from your checking or savings account
- Online Recurring – give us authorization to collect payments from your credit card or bank account every month
- Online One-Time – give us authorization to collect a one-time payment from your credit card or bank account at the time of your transaction
Methods of Payment
- Credit Card – a payment card with the Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo
- Debit Card – a payment card attached to a bank account with the Visa or MasterCard logo
- Paper Check – a payment that withdraws money directly from a checking account
- Electronic Check (eCheck) – an electronic version of a paper check that withdraws money directly from a checking account within 2-4 days. The transaction requires your bank routing number (9-digits on the bottom of check) and account number
