OVERVIEW
The Executive Council is asking all churches to place an ad in the commemorative program book. We also encourage business owners, families and members to purchase ads.  All proceeds support the National Conventions.
 
The ads will appear in a commemorative, full color book and gives everyone an opportunity to learn more about your church, business or family.
 
NOTE: Ads submitted without corresponding payment will not appear in the commemorative souvenir book. It is required that you submit your monies and the ads at the same time to avoid confusion. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact the Ad Coordinator, Veronica Watts @ 904-779-5469 or write info@cogbf.org. 

AD SPECIFICATIONS AND DEADLINES

  • First day to purchase ads: January 1, 2019
  • Ad Deadline: October 15, 2019
  • Ad Specs: 8.5 x 11 – Portrait Orientation – (1/4” Bleed)
  • Ad Design: Do not use the convention logo
  • Ad Formats – Only Send Jpeg – Do not send pdfs 
  • 300+ DPI
  • High Resolution JPG
  • Ad Cost: $150
